3 cats house smells. help?

I just adopted 2 kittens from animal services and I already have 1 adult cat. They are using the kitty boxes like crazy and I have 3. The smell is getting out of hand. I have tried all the expensive brands but it still stinks. I have heard of electric boxes but some have bad reviews and I don't wnat to spend alot on it. Any suggestions?
