Is Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker's Decision Based on Valid Arguments? Invalid?

No, but then again the Constitution says nothing about marriages at all. Marriage is nothing but a contract between you and the government, it's got NOTHING to do with religion (even weddings in church REQUIRE a marriage license issued by the state) The law should be struck down, this time period of silly fighting over letting gay people experience the same RIGHTS that hetero's have will be looked upon in hind-sight much the same way as we look at the civil rights movement of the 60's, there will of course be the handful of who 30 years from now will still be harping on it...but there are still fruit cakes that seem to think white people are any better than others.
