Mechanical issues with 94 isuzu trooper..looking for some feedback..?

It's obviously getting too much gas into the motor.There can be many reasons for this.One thing to look in to is the purge valve,used in the emissions system.Yes,it could of jumped time but not likely.If the converter was plugged it would run bad but it wouldn't be smoking.
