Which is a better sport for long-term fitness?
I know this is probably a weird question, but I'm kind of stuck between choosing what I should do for an activity next year. I'm an overweight girl and I need to get in shape, and I love both kickboxing and dancing. However, I can't choose what I should do because I only have time for one. With kickboxing, I would do it two times a week for an hour each lesson. With dancing, I would do it three times a week for around an hour each lesson (ballet, tap, jazz). I really have to get in shape, so which is a better sport for losing weight + continuation of fitness? Thanks!
