Help!!!... cause i feel like i murdered someone?

Ok so i was at kickboxing training this past weekend and this cl we had one on one sparing and i was put against this girl and she was a pretty heavy set girl... and well i didn't know she was pregnant!!!! and she didn't tell anyone... at our gym we don't fight with pads useless its a training day and we don't allow pregnant women to fight or spar... well we both got in the ring and hit gloves (i have fought this women before) and she took the first 3 punches at me... i hit back then she kicked me right in my knee... and left her self wide open i switched legs and kicked her 3 times right in her lower abdomen... she then fell on the floor crying in pain and i immediately ripped my gloves off and ran tried to help her (with our sparing we are encouraged to give it our all thus why pregnant women aren't allowed in the ring for safety purposes) i was sooo scared that i hurt her badly... i didn't know what to do... the trainer called 911 immediately and i was trying to find out what was wrong with her... then she finally said that she was pregnant... the moment i found this out i was freaking out and still am... im sooo scared that i hurt her child... i dont want to be responsible for the death... i need advice... could i have hurt the baby???... im scared to go back to kickboxing... and i feel horrible!!!.... help!!!
