Can you name any US military leader that supports torture?

why is this even being discussed? military leaders and experts alike all agree torture is unreliable and does not provide results, in fact it's counter productive. if we care to discuss what is torture, that's fine....i just don't get those who still want to torture foreign POWs,,,,isnt that what made hussein the animal he was?.,..maybe they are jealous of his rooms.
