If I have to stop BF for a week or so and use formula, will my baby nurse again?

I had to switch both of my babies to the bottle for a week because of nipple infections. I had no problem going back... They hated the bottle. I was giving milk though, so they never tasted formula. I don't think she'd reject the because it's the , but there's a chance she might decide she prefers formula.
