I found a recipe in the Dec. 2009 issue of Martha Stewart Living Magazine called Martha's Famous Croquembouche. The recipe was on Pg. 40. It looked like a pyramid of cream puff looking filled with and covered in caramel. First, can anyone give me the recipe, it was a page long and I didn't have time to write it down. Second, rather than bake the puff in the oven could I use the pancake puff pan (as seen on tv)? Thanks in advance.
