While I can't vouch for all of the statements you quote, it does not look like pseudoscience to me. Pseudoscience is something that pretends to be scientific but is not. Examples are astrology, intelligent design, and Christian science. Fields like these do not yield testable hypotheses or, if they do, have been falsified many times over.
